(2) Mugwort has the effects of dispelling cold, relieving pain, warming the meridians and stopping bleeding. It is suitable for bleeding and abdominal pain caused by deficiency and cold. (3) Mugwort leaves can expel cold and dampness, warm the meridians, stop bleeding, and stabilize the fetus. It is used to treat cold pain in the heart and abdomen, diarrhea, cramps, chronic dysentery, vomiting and epistaxis, bleeding, irregular menstruation, metrorrhagia, leucorrhea, fetal movement disorder, carbuncle, and scabies. Boil it slowly with water, put the boiling soup and residue in a small bucket, then put something sitting on the bucket and steam it directly for half an hour.
