How to educate the fetus during the second trimester

How to educate the fetus during the second trimester

The competitive pressure in today's society is very high. In order to prevent their children from losing in future competition, many parents educate their children from an early age, and even start to cultivate their children's various abilities from the time they are fetuses. In fact, the fetus also has the potential to receive education. The second trimester is a very good time. So, how to do prenatal education during the second trimester? Let’s take a look at the specific methods below.

1. Music prenatal education method

It mainly uses sound to stimulate the neural function of the fetus's auditory organs, and can be implemented in a planned manner starting from about the 16th week of pregnancy. Do it once or twice a day, each time for 15 to 20 minutes. It is best to do it when the fetus is awake and moving.

2. Dialogue prenatal education method

By 20 weeks of pregnancy, the fetus's hearing function is fully established. Not only can the mother's voice be transmitted to the fetus, but the vibration of the chest cavity also has a certain impact on the fetus.

3. Fetal massage method

It is the nature of infants and young children to need care. When the fetus is gently caressed by the mother's hands, it will also cause certain conditioned reflexes, thereby stimulating the fetus's enthusiasm for activity, forming good tactile stimulation, and promoting the coordinated development of brain function through reflex body peristalsis.

4. Teaching methods of touching, pressing and tapping the fetus

After 24 weeks of pregnancy, the fetus' head, back and limbs can be clearly felt on the pregnant woman's abdomen. From this time on, pregnant women can lie flat on the bed every night, relax their abdomen, and allow the fetus to "walk in the uterus" and do "intrauterine gymnastics." Such repeated exercises can enable the fetus to establish effective conditioned reflexes and enhance the strength of the limb muscles.

5. Light prenatal education method

Starting from the 24th week of pregnancy, use a flashlight (weak light) as a light source at regular intervals every day when the fetus is awake, and shine it on the pregnant woman's abdominal wall in the direction of the fetal head for about 5 minutes each time. Before the end, you can turn the flashlight off and on several times in succession to facilitate the healthy visual development of the fetus. But avoid strong light exposure, and the exposure time should not be too long.
