How to treat follicles that do not grow

The failure of ovarian follicles to grow can be considered a relatively serious problem. There are many reasons for this, such as some diseases or abnormalities in certain parts of the body. The failure of ovarian follicles to grow should be treated in time. We can regulate this situation through some methods. So how should we regulate the failure of ovarian follicles?

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the main reason why follicles fail to grow is related to the female endocrine system. The main cause of female endocrine problems is kidney deficiency and cold uterus. The uterus and uterine vessels will be affected by the cold and cannot be nourished better, which will lead to a decline in ovarian function. The ovaries are important organs for women, and a decline in ovarian function will lead to poor follicular development. Patients should pay attention to their daily diet, avoid spicy, stimulating, raw, cold food, avoid wasting essence and blood, and choose more mild and nourishing foods on a daily basis.

Patients whose follicles fail to grow also need to maintain a happy mood. Only with a good mentality and a happy mood can the female reproductive endocrine system play a good regulatory role, which can stimulate the ovaries and reproductive system and restore the function of the ovaries. When the ovarian function is restored, it will promote the development of follicles and solve the problem.

Generally speaking, normal menstruation for women means that normal ovulation has been restored. Not only the menstrual cycle and menstrual volume, but also the menstrual period, color, and menstrual quality, etc. must be restored. Once all these are restored, it means that the female reproductive function has returned to normal, so conception will be more natural.

Generally, ovulation-inducing drugs can be used. The commonly used Western medicine is clomiphene, and chorionic gonadotropin can also be used. If combined with Chinese medicine, the effect is more ideal. Generally speaking, the infertility treatment effect of biphasic body temperature is better than that of monophasic body temperature. On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, patients with small follicle ovulation cycle and small follicle luteinization cycle can use ovulation-promoting capsules (the main drugs are cooked rehmannia, xianlingpi, wolfberry, glossy privet, cornus, antler frost, angelica, roasted astragalus, etc.) on the fifth day of the menstrual cycle, while patients with unruptured follicle luteinization cycle should take kidney-tonifying, essence-replenishing, blood-stasis-removing and collateral-draining products before ovulation, which has a better effect.
