Postpartum pubic separation rehabilitation training

Postpartum pubic separation rehabilitation training

Pregnancy is a huge thing for all women, because you can not only give birth to a life, but also bring happiness to the family. But sometimes pregnancy can cause certain harm to a person's body. For example, when giving birth, the pregnant woman's uterus has to be separated, because if it is not separated, the baby cannot be born smoothly. So in life, we need to have some understanding of the stock separation of pregnant women, such as how to carry out rehabilitation training for delayed bone separation after delivery, etc. So let’s take a look at the rehabilitation training for postpartum pubic separation!

① Early postpartum activity

Getting up and moving around as soon as possible after childbirth can help promote pelvic recovery and relieve pubic pain. Within 1 to 2 days after delivery, the new mother needs to eat and go to the toilet in bed. If they are in good physical condition, some new mothers can get out of bed and move around about 24 hours after delivery.

② Pelvic Exercise

Pelvic exercises should be performed at least two weeks after delivery. Pelvic exercises help the pelvis and its muscles recover. Mommy puts her hands on the ground, kneels down, lifts one of her feet, and stretches it backwards, wanting to feel a stretch from her hips to her ankles. Alternate between the left and right feet 5 times as a set. Do 3 to 5 sets a day depending on your physical condition.

③ The mattress is moderately soft and hard

Although the softness and hardness of the mattress is just a small detail, it really cannot be ignored~! A mattress that is too soft will cause the new mother's body to fall when she lies on her back, putting too much pressure on the spine and pelvis and preventing her from getting rest; a mattress that is too hard will cause compression in the new mother's pelvic area and cause pelvic tilt. Therefore, an ideal mattress should be of moderate hardness and softness, so that the body curve can fit perfectly into the mattress when we lie on our backs, and the head, face, thorax, and pelvis can provide horizontal support for the spine.

④ Strengthen bone nutrition

Strong bones make the pelvis more stable and less prone to injury. Therefore, new mothers can rely on foods that are beneficial to bones to repair their pelvis after childbirth. Calcium-fortified milk, AD calcium milk, fish, shrimp, oysters, egg yolks, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc. are rich in calcium, selenium, magnesium, zinc, iron and other trace elements, so you may as well eat more of them. Of course, don't forget to get more sun exposure so that the ultraviolet rays in the sun can shine on the skin, promote the production of vitamin D, and promote the body's absorption of calcium, strengthening bones.

⑤ Use a professional pelvic belt

The pelvic belt is not the postpartum abdominal belt we often talk about now, but a professional postpartum pelvic correction belt. The pelvic correction belt should be selected by an orthopedic surgeon after the pelvis is examined to determine the appropriate model and size. The pelvic correction belt is an effective measure for the rapid recovery of the pelvis. Currently, the most commonly used one is the diamond-shaped pelvic correction belt. It is invented by combining a diamond structure with ergonomic research, and can correct and restore the pelvis in the most scientific and maximal way. It is also relatively simple, convenient, safe and effective to use, and has a good effect on postpartum pelvic correction and recovery.

There are many types of pelvic correction belts on the market, but not every one of them is actually applicable. As a result, users use them but it is useless. They waste time and miss the best time for pelvic recovery. Therefore, when choosing a pelvic correction belt, postpartum women should not follow the trend or be greedy for cheapness. They must fully understand the product quality and the rationality of the product structure to ensure the effectiveness of use and achieve the purpose of timely restoration of the pelvis after childbirth.
