Heterogeneous echogenicity of the anterior uterine wall

Heterogeneous echogenicity of the anterior uterine wall

There are many diseases on the front wall of the uterus. If you are not careful or don't pay attention, some diseases may appear. These diseases can be big or small, but they should all be taken seriously, because small problems may become big problems and eventually become hidden dangers. Uneven echogenicity of the anterior uterine wall myometrium is also a problem of the anterior uterine wall. It can be treated. So what should we do about the uneven echogenicity of the anterior uterine wall myometrium?

The best way is after you have your period. Then choose to review it. Generally speaking. There is no big problem. Don't be too nervous. I suggest that you don't need any special treatment for the time being. Just go to the hospital for a checkup after your period.

Consider the case of adnexal cysts. Generally, cysts smaller than 5CM can be observed through medication or oral contraceptives. If the cyst grows quickly, or if you suddenly have lower abdominal pain, do a color ultrasound to see if the ovarian abscess is torsion, and you should have surgery in time.

If the B-ultrasound examination shows uneven echo of the uterine muscle layer, it may indicate adenomyosis or adenomyoma. I don't know if you usually have heavy menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual period, and progressive dysmenorrhea that gradually worsens. The key to treatment depends on symptoms, age, and fertility requirements. If the symptoms are mild and you want to have children, you can try medication to relieve the symptoms. For those with severe symptoms, no fertility requirements, and no effect of medication, a hysterectomy can be performed.

There are many diseases caused by uneven uterine echo: adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, endometritis, endometrial hyperplasia, etc. All of these will affect menstrual changes, so it’s best to get a thorough check before making any decisions. The effect of Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan alone will not be that great.

This may be caused by uterine fibroids or endometriosis. There is no specific medicine to treat uterine fibroids and endometriosis. Surgical treatment should only be considered when the fibroids are larger than 5CM or the uterus is the size of a three-month pregnant woman.
