Breast pricking sensation

In life, many women have experienced breast pain, but because the causes of breast pain are different, the pain felt in the breast is also different, including swelling, dull pain, needle-like pain, and occasional throbbing pain. When different pain sensations appear, they should be relieved and treated in time according to the symptoms. If it is growing pain or menstrual pain, the symptoms will heal quickly.

1. Breast pain:

General or bilateral breast distension, tingling or dull pain, severe pain that cannot be touched, walking, pain mainly in the breast, can radiate to the armpits, chest, shoulders, back, upper limbs, and some may present as nipple pain or itching. Pain fluctuates with mood and menstrual cycle, often aggravated before menstruation or when angry or depressed, and significantly relieved or disappeared after menstruation.

2. Breast lumps:

Single or multiple lumps in one or both breasts, usually on the upper outer part of the breast, in the form of flakes, nodules, granules or cords, with flakes being more common, with unclear boundaries, medium or slightly hard, active and without adhesion to surrounding tissues, and may be tender. The lumps vary in size, from small ones like sand grains to large ones exceeding 3-4CM. Breast lumps increase in size before menstruation and shrink and soften after menstruation.

3. Associated symptoms:

Patients often feel depressed or irritable, and may also experience dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, etc. A few patients may have brown or light yellow liquid leaking from their nipples.

Dietary treatment for breast pain

1. Eat more corn loofah soup

Ingredients: 100 grams of corn, 50 grams of loofah, 10 grams of orange seeds, and 1 egg.

Method: Wash the corn, cut into sections and set aside; wash the loofah and set aside. Put corn, loofah, orange seeds and other ingredients into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water and boil for 1 hour. Add egg drops, water starch, rock sugar, etc. before removing from heat, mix well and then take. It can be taken twice a week.

2. Drink more kelp and lettuce stew

Ingredients: 100 grams of kelp, 100 grams of lettuce, appropriate amounts of ginger and chopped green onion.

Method: Soak the kelp, wash it, cut it into sections and set aside; wash the lettuce and set aside. Put the kelp in a pot and cook for half an hour. Add lettuce, seasoning and sesame oil before removing from the pot. Take it once a day.

Celery and Kelp Salad

Ingredients: 100 grams of kelp, 100 grams of celery, a little ginger and chopped green onion.

Method: Wash the kelp, blanch it and set aside; wash the celery, cut it into sections and blanch it for later use; 2. Put the kelp and celery together on a plate, add seasoning and sesame oil, mix well and eat it once a day. It has a good therapeutic effect on breast pain.
