For example, women often experience leg pain during the confinement period, which may be related to many incorrect postures in daily life. So how to treat it?

How to treat leg pain after childbirth?

Women in confinement are very weak. They have just given birth and their bodies have not yet recovered. If they do not take good care of themselves during this period, it will easily lead to many diseases during confinement. What should you do if your legs hurt during confinement? Six self-healing techniques are helpful.

1. A woman has just given birth, her pores are loose, and she is more likely to sweat. At this time, she must not cover her sweat. She needs to wipe her body in time, change clothes frequently, and take measures to prevent colds. She should not catch a cold due to excessive sweating.

2. The air in the delivery room needs to be kept fresh and flowing after delivery, but direct wind should be avoided. Air conditioners and fans should not be blown directly at the mother to avoid back pain and leg pain due to the invasion of cold wind.

3. Although medicine recommends that mothers get up and move around as soon as possible after giving birth, they should not force themselves to get up and move around for a long time. Getting up and moving around for a long time too early after giving birth, such as sitting or standing for a long time or even doing housework, can easily damage muscles and bones and cause body aches.

4. It is recommended to take a bath in time, but at the beginning you can only take a sponge bath, and then slowly switch to a shower. Do not take a bath in a bathtub. When bathing, make sure the bathroom temperature is not lower than body temperature, and the water temperature should be slightly higher than body temperature. Be careful not to catch a cold when bathing, and don't bathe with relatively cold water.

5. During the confinement period, you need to wear long clothes even in summer to avoid cold legs or body and postpartum diseases. The temperature of the air-conditioned room should not be too low, just enough to make the skin sweat slightly. The air-conditioned room needs to have vents, and electric fans can only blow in a curved direction, not directly.

6. Do not eat raw or cold food, including fruits, soda, beverages, etc. Especially in the two weeks after delivery, you should pay extra attention.
