American ginseng and milk porridge: 2 grams of American ginseng, 150 ml of milk, 50 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Grind the American ginseng into fine powder and set aside. First, add appropriate amount of rice and water and boil it. Then add the American ginseng and milk and cook until the porridge is done. Add rock sugar for seasoning and serve. 30 grams of lily, 10 grams of white fungus, 50 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Soak the white fungus and wash it, put it into a pot with rice and lily, add appropriate amount of water, simmer until the porridge is cooked, add rock sugar and take one dose per day. It can nourish yin, moisten the lungs, strengthen the spleen and replenish qi.
