How to get an anal examination during menstruation

A health certificate is a valid document required for work in many areas nowadays. New employees must have a health certificate when they join the company. To obtain a health certificate, you need to go to a professional hospital and do a series of routine physical examinations before you can get it. However, not everyone is required to apply for a health certificate. Some women need to apply for a health certificate due to work reasons. Some people are more concerned about anal examinations. So how to do anal examinations during menstruation when applying for a health certificate?

1. An anal examination is not required when applying for a health certificate. The main purpose of applying for a health certificate is to check whether you have any infectious diseases, such as hepatitis, syphilis, AIDS, etc., which require blood tests. At the same time, some tests will be conducted on vision, height, weight, electrocardiogram, X-ray, and whether you suffer from red and green color blindness, so you can get a health certificate during your menstrual period. During the menstrual period, it is sufficient as long as no vaginal operations are performed on the woman, such as routine examination of leucorrhea, examination of the cervix, examination by colposcopy, etc.

2. Anal examination can also be performed during the menstrual period. Anal examination is mainly for the diagnosis of the duodenum and abdomen. During the examination, the patient needs to lie on the examination bed. The bladder stone position is adopted. At this time, the patient needs to relax appropriately, insert a finger into the anus, and cooperate with the examination on the abdomen with the other hand. The purpose of anal examination is mainly to check the position and size of the uterus and whether there is any problem with its mobility. Are there any obvious abnormalities or masses around the uterus? Through anal examination, we can reasonably understand the structure of the uterus.

3. The routine physical examination for applying for a health certificate mainly includes electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, eye vision measurement, liver function test, height, weight and blood pressure. When applying for a health certificate, it is usually not easy to do a gynecological examination. Menstruation will only affect the gynecological examination. The immunity decreases during menstruation, and the test results will be a little biased. Direct chest X-ray exposure during menstruation will more or less have some impact on the human body. Otherwise, there should be no problem. It is recommended to tell the doctor that you are menstruating before a routine physical examination.
