3. Hyperplastic or mixed type with epithelial atypical hyperplasia: It is generally believed that in hyperplastic and mixed lesions, atypical hyperplasia may occur in only 5 or 10% of cases, and this atypical hyperplasia is limited to the hyperplastic epithelial cell part. Atypical hyperplasia often has no special clinical manifestations, and local tissue biopsy is the only diagnostic method.

It also has a certain possibility of becoming cancerous, so it is a gynecological disease that deserves our attention.
