Breast milk is the most natural and safest food in a person's life and is extremely important for the baby's growth. It contains the nutrients and antibodies needed for the baby's growth. Breast milk also contains fat that satisfies the baby's brain development, and during the breastfeeding process, it can also stimulate the baby's brain development.
