The classification of the disease includes acute endometritis, chronic endometritis, uterine fibroids and uterine malformations. These two diseases may lead to the risk of infertility. In addition, there are closed endometritis and endometrial lesions. These are the symptoms of severe late stage diseases. Therefore, everyone should be vigilant.

Acute endometritis

Sudden lower abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, fever, and rapid pulse. During the gynecological examination, it was found that there was a large amount of pus and bloody secretions overflowing from the cervical opening, the cervix was painful when lifted, and the uterus was slightly enlarged.

Chronic endometritis

Women often feel dull pain or heaviness in the lower abdomen, pain in the lumbar muscles, and increased vaginal discharge that is watery, light yellow, purulent, or bloody. It may also be accompanied by irregular vaginal bleeding or prolonged menstruation, dysmenorrhea, or amenorrhea. The uterus is spherical, enlarged, soft, and tender, and may have bloody and purulent secretions.

Uterine fibroids

The infection can be caused by a sexually transmitted disease, but sometimes it occurs without an obvious cause. It is mainly bacterial infection, and the types of infectious bacteria include: Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus, anaerobic bacteria, and gonococci. In addition, there are infections with pathogens such as mycoplasma. According to the infecting pathogens, it can be divided into tuberculous and non-tuberculous types.

Uterine malformations

1. Closure. ① Complete: The rudimentary horn of the uterus is not connected to the uterine cavity, and periodic lower abdominal pain occurs after sexual maturity, so it is often discovered before marriage; ② Incomplete: The rudimentary horn of the uterus is connected to the uterine cavity, there is no obvious dysmenorrhea, but rudimentary horn pregnancy often occurs.

2. Non-latching

Uterine hypoplasia: often causes infertility, oligomenorrhea or irregular menstruation, etc.

Primordial uterus: This type of uterus is very small, only 1 to 3 cm long, so there is no endometrium, no menstruation, and often no vagina.
