How to calculate the ovulation period of women accurately

The ovulation period belongs to the menstrual cycle. This period is the best time for women to ovulate, and the pregnancy rate is extremely high. If you want to get pregnant, you must know how to calculate a woman's ovulation period. There are many ways to calculate the ovulation period, and there are targeted calculation methods for both normal and abnormal menstruation.

1. For normal menstrual cycles: For example, if the menstrual cycle is 30 days, the first day of this menstruation is September 29th, then the next menstruation will be on October 29th (September 29th plus 30 days), and then subtract 14 days from October 29th, then October 15th is the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after, that is, the ten days from October 10th to 19th are the ovulation period.

2. For abnormal menstrual cycle: The calculation formula is: the first day of ovulation = the number of days in the shortest menstrual cycle minus 18 days; the last day of ovulation = the number of days in the longest menstrual cycle minus 11 days.

3. Spot bleeding observation method. When the follicle is discharged from the ovary, it tears the ovarian wall and causes local bleeding. Usually, this little bit of blood is quickly absorbed into the abdominal cavity. However, there are also a few women who experience heavy bleeding, and the blood will flow through the fallopian tubes, uterus, and vagina to the outside of the body, leaving drops of blood on the underwear. Some women call it "small menstruation" and it is medically called "ovulation bleeding."

4.B-ultrasound monitoring method. Through B-ultrasound examination, experienced doctors can see the process of follicles being discharged from small to large. Currently, this method is the most accurate.
