Let's take a closer look at what breast enhancement exercises are!

The first breast enhancement exercise to train breast shape

Effect: Strengthens the muscles near the outer side of the lower chest edge and also exercises the triceps in the arms.

1. Choose a chair without wheels, hold the edge of the chair with both hands, fingertips facing outwards, do not sit on the chair, bend your knees to about 90 degrees, let your heels touch the ground and your toes point up.

2. Bend your elbows outward, lower your body to the limit, push your hands up and come back, repeat steps 1-2, 15-20 times counts as one set, rest for 1 minute in between, do 3-4 sets a day, and 3-4 days a week. Don't hunch your shoulders while doing this.

The second breast enhancement exercise balances the left and right breasts

Effect: The pectoralis major muscle on the dominant hand side is often larger. This method can balance the left and right muscles and avoid uneven breasts.

1. Stand with your hands holding a 600cc plastic bottle filled with water and let them hang naturally on both sides of your body.

2. Raise your right hand to chest height, then slowly lower it. Raise your left hand to chest height, then slowly lower it. Do this with both hands alternately, 30 times each. You can do this every day.

The third breast enhancement exercise is to train the pectoralis major muscle

Effect: Exercise and strengthen the pectoralis major muscle, which can make it bigger and firmer, and make the breast shape better.

1. Lie flat on your back with your feet together and your knees bent at 90 degrees. Hold a plastic bottle filled with about 600cc of water in each hand and place it on your chest.

2. Raise your hands toward the ceiling, just above your chest, and be careful not to let your shoulders leave the ground.

3. Open your hands to the sides of your body until they lightly touch the ground. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for a total of 30 times. You can do it every day.

The fourth breast enhancement exercise is to eliminate the accessory breast

Effect: Using arm resistance exercise can help restore firmness and avoid muscle relaxation that may cause accessory breasts.

1. Lie flat on your back, put your feet together, bend your knees at 90 degrees, and hold one end of the plastic bottle in each hand and place it on your chest.

2. Raise your hands toward the ceiling, directly above your face.

3. Then lower it toward your head and lightly touch the floor. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for a total of 30 times. You can do this every day.
