Will my breasts get smaller after weaning? The truth is this

Pregnancy and childbirth is a painful process for women. After giving birth, they have to breastfeed the baby. The breastfeeding process will also affect women's breasts. One day when the baby is weaned, they will find that their breasts have become much smaller. This is a very normal phenomenon.

1. Will my breasts get smaller after giving birth and weaning? Of course it will get smaller. When breastfeeding, the breasts are filled with milk and become much larger than before pregnancy. Some women's breasts grow by almost ten centimeters from the beginning of pregnancy to breastfeeding. However, after weaning, endocrine changes occur, the mammary ducts no longer secrete milk, and the breasts gradually return to their pre-pregnancy size, but they will sag a little more than before breastfeeding.

2. First of all, we need to know the composition of the breast: the breast is mainly composed of glands, ducts, adipose tissue and skin, and a small amount of cellulose. The breast glands are composed of 15 to 20 lobes, each lobe is divided into several lobules, and each lobule is composed of 10 to 100 alveoli. One third of it is breast tissue and two thirds is fat tissue. Therefore, fat people will have bigger breasts, and the amount of fat determines the fullness of the breasts.

3. Why do breasts become smaller after childbirth: During pregnancy and the postpartum period, due to the effects of a large amount of estrogen and progesterone, the mammary ducts proliferate, the number of alveoli increases, the fat content increases, and the breasts become fuller. After weaning, hormone levels drop, the mammary glands slowly become dormant, the glands begin to atrophy, the alveoli collapse and disappear, connective tissue replaces fat tissue, and the breasts shrink, become smaller, and lose elasticity. In addition, most women consume a lot of physical energy during breastfeeding, and taking care of children is hard, so they cannot absorb enough nutrients, which causes a lot of stored fat in the body to be consumed, a lot of breast fat to be lost, and the body to become thin. Coupled with the fact that they do not pay attention to breast health during breastfeeding, their breasts will shrink.

4. However, what was said before is just the basic knowledge about breasts. You can also choose to enlarge your breasts with food supplements: The so-called breast enlargement with food supplements is aimed at the physical condition of postpartum women. You can choose foods with relatively high protein content in daily life, such as chicken feet, pig's trotters, etc. Pay more attention to dietary adjustments, and do chest exercises frequently. The simplest and most convenient way is to rinse the breasts in a clockwise direction with alternating hot and cold water during bathing to stimulate blood circulation in the breasts. This can only be an auxiliary effect of breast augmentation methods and cannot increase the breast tissue. It is also impossible to effectively enlarge breasts fundamentally.
