3 grams of fresh motherwort, 30 grams of fresh shepherd's purse, and appropriate amount of vegetable oil. Wash and cut the fresh motherwort and shepherd's purse. Put the iron pan on high heat, pour in vegetable oil and heat it up, add fresh motherwort and fresh shepherd's purse and stir-fry until cooked and ready to eat. Take twice a day until the bleeding stops.

Efficacy: Motherwort has the effects of promoting blood circulation, breaking blood and regulating menstruation; Shepherd's purse contains shepherd's purse acid, which can shorten the bleeding and clotting time, thereby achieving the purpose of hemostasis. It is particularly effective for excessive menstruation due to blood stasis.

Sesame Liver

250 grams of pork liver, 1000 grams of soybean oil (actual consumption is 100 grams), 100 grams of sesame seeds, 50 grams of flour, 2 eggs, and appropriate amounts of salt, onion, and ginger.
