Many mothers are prone to constipation shortly after giving birth. At this time, they should pay attention to scientific dietary solutions. They can make Polygonum multiflorum and red dates porridge, or drink Astragalus, bamboo shoots and fish soup, which can help mothers solve constipation in a healthy and effective way.

Shouwu Red Dates Porridge:

30g Polygonum multiflorum, 10 red dates, appropriate amount of rock sugar, 60g polished rice. First, boil Polygonum multiflorum in water to extract the medicinal juice, then cook it with red dates and polished rice into porridge. Add rock sugar to the porridge and take it after it dissolves. It is suitable for blood deficiency and dry stool.

Sesame walnut powder:

Take equal parts of black sesame and walnut kernels, fry until cooked, grind into fine powder, and put into a bottle. Take once a day, 30 grams each time, add appropriate amount of honey, and drink with warm water. Suitable for cold constipation caused by yang deficiency.

Chicken and potato soup:

15g~30g of fresh white-haired chicken vine, 200g of white-core sweet potato (cut into small pieces), boil in water, add appropriate amount of sugar and take.

Astragalus Bamboo Shoot Fish Soup:

Astragalus 10g~20g, Codonopsis pilosula 15g~30g, Black sesame 12g~24g (wrapped in cloth), Polygonatum odoratum 15g~30g,

5g of tangerine peel and 100-150g of bamboo shoot fish are used to make soup. It is suitable for constipation caused by deficiency of qi and dry stool and lack of body fluid. Wash the tangerine peel, cut it into thin strips, add sugar and appropriate amount of honey, boil it, cool it down, take 1 tablespoon each time, 3 times a day, it can cure constipation, and drinking some honey water regularly can also relieve the pain of constipation.
