1. Indigestion

Stomach bloating is mostly caused by indigestion and slow gastrointestinal motility. People with gastritis and gastric ulcers often suffer from stomach bloating. Eating too cold, too hot, or too hard food, overeating, drinking strong liquor, strong coffee, etc. can lead to inflammatory lesions of the gastric mucosa. If the food we eat is unhygienic or contains a lot of fungi, it will cause bacterial infection in our digestive system. Or if there are a lot of hormone residues on fruits and vegetables, it will cause gastrointestinal disorders.

2. Stomach distension
