Treatment and diet for low blood pressure, Chinese medicine recommended dietary therapy

Blood pressure is an important health indicator for people, and it is also a necessary examination item in daily physical examinations. Hypotension is a common disease in life, and it is more common in women aged 20-40. Low blood pressure can cause problems such as fatigue, weakness, and headaches. So what are the ways to treat low blood pressure?

1: Pumpkin and jujube porridge

1: Ingredients: 250 grams of pumpkin, 50 grams of millet, 10 red dates. Preparation method: Wash the pumpkin and dates. Put it into the pot together with the washed millet, add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat and then simmer it into thick porridge. Add a little brown sugar to season it and it will have the following functions: tonify the middle and replenish qi, raise blood pressure. Mainly used to treat low blood pressure due to insufficient Qi in the middle. Usage: Eat in the morning and evening. Notes: Pumpkin is warm in nature and sweet in taste, and has a good effect of tonifying the middle and replenishing Qi. Old pumpkins contain starch, calcium, iron, and carotene, while young pumpkins are rich in vitamin C and glucose. Cook pumpkin, jujube and millet into porridge and eat it regularly. It has auxiliary therapeutic effect on hypotension caused by sinking of Qi in the middle.

2. Ginseng Lychee Wine

Ingredients: 30 grams of red ginseng, 1000 grams of litchi meat. Preparation method: Slice the red ginseng and soak it together with lychee flesh (fresh lychee with the core removed) in 2500 ml of white wine. Seal the bottle and shake it several times a day. It can be consumed after 5 days. Efficacy: Warms and nourishes the heart yang. Increases blood pressure. Suitable for patients with hypotension due to heart yang deficiency. Usage: Drink 50 ml on an empty stomach every morning and evening, and continue to drink it for 1 week after blood pressure returns to normal. Note: Red ginseng is warm in nature, while lychee is hot in nature. Used together, they can replenish heart yang and raise blood pressure. It is contraindicated for patients with heart yin deficiency, dry throat and red tongue.

3: Oxtail Casserole

Ingredients: 1000g oxtail with skin, 300g clean hen meat, 10g scallops, 30g cooked ham, 1500g chicken broth, 30g lard. Preparation method: Use fire to burn off the small hairs on the oxtail, scrub it clean, and chop it into sections. Cut the ham into slices, remove the tendons from the scallops and clean them. Soak the hen meat in water. Heat lard in a pot, pour in 10 grams of peppercorns, green onions, and 5 grams of ginger (smashed), stir-fry until fragrant. Pour the oxtail into the pot, stir-fry over high heat until the blood water comes out, add cooking wine, continue to stir-fry until the oxtail is completely cooked, remove from the heat, take out the oxtail, wash it with water, and drain the moisture. Put the casserole on the fire, pour in the chicken soup, add 5 grams of green onion, 10 grams of ginger, cooking wine and salt, then put the oxtail section, ham slices, scallops and hen meat into the pot, remove the foam after boiling, and simmer over low heat for 4 hours. Usage: Serve with meals.

Four: American ginseng and lean meat soup

1: Ingredients: 6 grams of American ginseng (sliced), 12 grams of Poria cocos, 15 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus, 6 grams of Schisandra chinensis, 3 slices of ginger, 100-150 grams of lean pork. Method: First put the above medicines into a casserole and soak them in water for 20 minutes. After boiling over high heat, add 500 grams of lean meat and 10 grams of brown sugar.

Five: White Fungus Stewed Meat

1: Ingredients: 15 grams of white fungus, 50 grams of lean pork, and 10 red dates. Method: Soak the white fungus, add lean pork and red dates, stew it and drink it. Function: Nourish yin, replenish qi and tonify deficiency. Suitable for patients with hypotension, anemia and other deficiency syndromes. Usage: Serve with meals. 2 to 3 times a week.

6: Generally, if low blood pressure is not very

In severe cases, the condition can be improved through diet therapy and physical exercise. Therefore, reasonable diet and scientific exercise can have a therapeutic effect on low blood pressure.
