1: Liquor and salt: Put 100 grams of liquor into a cup, add 10 grams of salt, stir, and boil after the salt is dissolved. Hold a mouthful of it in the painful area (do not swallow it), and the toothache will stop immediately.

2: Lime juice Limes contain strong citrus acids that can kill many bacteria. You can mash it up, place the juice in a cup, and suck it through a dropper to make the juice a pain reliever that you drop on your teeth.

3: Gargle with salt water. Take 1 spoon of salt and half a cup of boiling water, stir to dissolve the salt. Rinse your mouth frequently after cooling down to relieve the immediate pain. Because salt water can not only remove food residues in the mouth, but also eliminate bacteria and detoxify. If you hold a mouthful of it in the painful area (do not swallow it), the toothache will stop immediately.

Take some Yunnan Baiyao with a toothpick, then take a drop of water to make it into a paste. Dip the toothpick in the paste and apply it to the area where the toothache occurs. Generally, the pain symptoms can be relieved within 5 minutes.

For cold compress, apply a wet cold towel, ice pack or ice cubes to the cheek where the toothache occurs. 15 minutes each time, 3 to 4 times a day, can relieve pain.

To relieve pain, soak peppercorns in white wine for 10-15 days, filter out the residue, gargle or apply on teeth, which has a certain inhibitory effect on pain.

As for vitamin products, those who have been ill for a long time and are weak should be given a protein-rich diet. It is advisable to eat more yin-nourishing and cooling foods, such as loofah, olives, watermelon, tofu, lotus root, water chestnuts, honey, etc. Avoid spicy, stimulating, or hard foods. Do not eat foods that are too sour, too salty, too sweet, too cold, or too hot. Do not eat too much hot and damp food, such as beef, mutton, coffee, etc. Smoking and drinking should be prohibited.
