Lie on your back on the bed, bend your knees, cross your legs and ankles, and place your hands under your hips. 2 Lift your legs, extend your knees, lift your crossed feet toward the ceiling and stretch your knees as far as possible to contract your thigh muscles. Repeat this action 15 times.

6: Action Six: 1. Lie face down on the bed, support your chin with your wrists, and hold the pillow with your ankles. 2. Bend your knees, and use your legs together to squeeze the pillow inwards, swinging it up and down. Repeat this action 15 times.
