How to use soda water to rinse the vagina

Many people choose to use soda water to help themselves flush when they have vaginal discomfort. Soda water is edible and used for fermentation. Soda water will not cause any discomfort or adverse effects to the vagina. The proportion of soda water used should be reasonable. If the method of soda water flushing the vagina is not appropriate, it is easy to hurt your vagina. So how to flush the vagina with soda water?

The pH value in a normal female vagina is weakly acidic. There are also many parasitic bacteria in the female vagina. The weakly acidic environment can inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria and maintain the balance of the bacterial flora, making the vagina less susceptible to infection.

The flushing solution should be prepared at a ratio of 2% to 4%, that is, 10 ml of sodium bicarbonate solution should be added to 500 ml of normal saline or 500 ml of warm boiled water. The flushing should be appropriate.

Long-term use of sodium bicarbonate solution to flush the vagina can change the acidity and alkalinity in the vagina, destroy your normal vaginal environment, make the pH value in the vagina alkaline, and thus cause vaginal inflammation.

The inside of a woman's vagina, vulva and vaginal secretions are normally acidic, which is of great significance in inhibiting bacterial growth, ensuring the balance of bacterial flora and reducing the chance of vaginal infection. However, if you use alkaline lotions to clean the vulva, it will inevitably cause bacterial imbalance in the long run. If alkaline ingredients dominate the vagina, the vagina will lose its natural ability to resist bacteria.

Normally, soda water is usually needed to be used to clean the vulva with normal saline or an appropriate amount of warm boiled water. The main purpose is to reduce the alkaline components of soda water, so as to achieve the positive effect of vulva cleaning and disinfection while avoiding the possible side effects of soda water. Therefore, you should pay attention to the combination of washing liquids. If you are a healthy woman, there is no need to use soda water for cleaning, you can directly use warm boiled water to clean.

Women must pay attention to hygiene when using ammonium bromide and soda water to flush their vagina. After flushing, they must wipe it with a cleanser to ensure that there are no water droplets in their vagina. They must also avoid infection when flushing their vagina with soda water. They must also remember to change their underwear frequently afterwards.
