The past few days of my period were safe periods

For many young lovers, the safe menstruation period is a stage when they can freely express themselves. During this period, the chance of pregnancy during sexual intercourse will be greatly reduced. Therefore, for many young lovers, they are very concerned about the safe menstruation period a few days after menstruation. Normal women of childbearing age have a menstrual cycle, which is composed of many parts, such as the safe menstrual period before menstruation and the ovulation period, etc. During the safe menstruation period, women's chance of pregnancy is low.

How many days are the safe menstrual period?

1. If the menstrual cycle is regular, a woman's ovulation period is usually about 14 days before the next menarche. The 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, a total of 10 days within the ovulation period, are called the ovulation period.

2. If your menstrual period is unstable, then your ovulation period can be calculated as follows: the first day of ovulation = the shortest menstrual cycle minus 18 days, the last day of ovulation = the longest menstrual cycle minus 11 days. The calculation method is to use the first day of menarche as the reference point and count the days backwards.

For example, your menstrual cycle is irregular, sometimes only 23 days, sometimes as long as 35 days. Then the first day of your ovulation period is 23-18=5, and the last day of your ovulation period is 35-11=24. In this case, the ovulation period may be as long as 24-5=19 days. However, this only indicates the possibility of ovulation during this period, and it is impossible to accurately calculate the exact day of ovulation.

What are the symptoms of ovulation?

1. Excessive leucorrhea

Discharge is the female discharge of women during ovulation. Normal female secretions are a colorless, odorless, slightly acidic and alkaline thick substance that has the functions of moistening the vagina, excreting waste, and inhibiting the growth of bacteria. It is a normal physiological phenomenon.

2. Increased body temperature

During the ovulation period, a woman's body temperature will be higher than before, but because the body temperature is greatly affected by the outside world, this method is usually impossible to detect without the help of a thermometer and long-term accurate measurement of body temperature.

3. Reduced appetite

Studies have shown that women eat the least during ovulation, and experts believe that this is the result of human instinct that has been preserved to this day - female insects during ovulation will focus more on finding a male partner for mating rather than finding food.

4. Energetic

This is also a natural instinct inherited from human genes. In order to successfully attract the opposite sex, women in the ovulation period will become more energetic and love to express themselves.

5. Increased sexual desire

Generally speaking, women's sexual desire during ovulation will be very strong, which is a reflection of the maximum body signal that women want to get pregnant.

6. Decreased immunity

During ovulation, women's vaginal mucus becomes thinner, which allows sperm to pass more easily and increase the chances of successful pregnancy. At the same time, women's nasal mucus also decreases, which increases the chance of bacteria invading the respiratory system.
