Where can I get vulvar leukoplakia treated?

Vulvar leukoplakia is a common gynecological disease among middle-aged women. The obvious symptom of vulvar leukoplakia is itching and the duration is very long. Vulvar leukoplakia is usually discovered when patients feel itching or find white spots on the vulvar skin. Many friends want the disease to be completely cured, so they are more concerned about where to get treatment. Let us learn about it together.

Treatment of vulvar leukoplakia:

1. Eliminate the causes: Patients with diabetes, trichomonas or candidal vaginitis should receive treatment, eat less spicy food, keep the vulva clean, avoid soap scrubbing, scratching and the use of irritating drugs, and take multivitamins, sedatives and desensitizers.

(ii) Local medication: for the purpose of relieving itching, reducing inflammation, moisturizing and improving local nutrition.

1. External washing medicine: Chinese medicine Sophora flavescens and Artemisia capillaris wash or other Chinese medicine decoction for fumigation and washing.

2. For atrophic type: Apply 1%~2% testosterone propionate cod liver oil ointment (100~200mg of testosterone propionate added to 10~20g of 20% cod liver oil ointment) externally, 3~4 times/day, for 2~3 months. It can make the skin thicker and softer and loosen adhesions.

3. For hyperplastic and mixed types, dexamethasone and hydrocortisone ointment can be used. For mixed types, testosterone propionate and cod liver oil ointment should also be applied externally.

(3) Acupuncture and acupoint injection can be tried.

(iv) Laser treatment: Laser treatment of lichen sclerosus malnutrition has the effect of relieving itching, promoting wound healing and improving local blood circulation.

(V) Surgical treatment: For moderate to severe atypical hyperplasia, or ulcers and fissures that do not heal after non-surgical treatment, simple vulvectomy may be considered.

The same treatment plan is available in any regular hospital, so as long as the patient can detect the disease in time and choose a regular hospital, they can get accurate treatment. There is no need to worry about this.
