Nowadays, more and more people suffer from hydrosalpinx, and many people still don’t know what the treatments are for hydrosalpinx? The treatment of hydrosalpinx can be divided into surgical treatment and conservative treatment.

1. Surgical treatment: fallopian tube fimbria ostomy, laparoscopy

2. Conservative treatment: The method of relaxing the duct and aiding pregnancy, with specific medicines and specific treatments.

Disadvantages of surgical treatment:

For hydrosalpinx, Western medicine can only treat it with fallopian tube fimbria ostomy or laparoscopic surgery. Fallopian tube fimbria ostomy requires a full-thickness incision of the abdominal wall, which causes great trauma to the body and will also cause adhesions again, causing new damage. Laparoscopic surgery is expensive and uses electrocoagulation and electrocautery during the operation, which can easily damage the fallopian tube tissue. Even if the tube is unobstructed after surgery, it is difficult to restore its function. The success rates of both surgeries are about 20%. The postoperative pregnancy rate is low and it is easy to cause complications such as ectopic pregnancy. They are not the best choices for patients.

Therefore, when we are sick, we should seek treatment as early as possible so that it will not be delayed for too long. By then, if conservative treatment cannot be performed and surgery is required, it will be very troublesome.
