If many diseases are in the early stages, the treatment will be much simpler. Once they occur in the late stages, the treatment will become very difficult and the patients will suffer more. In the early stages of adenomyosis, it is mainly caused by amenorrhea or damage to the uterus due to other reasons. However, there are many treatments for early-stage adenomyosis. Let us take a look at the treatments for early-stage adenomyosis. Adenomyosis is very easy to treat when it is discovered in its early stages. And many times, patients with adenomyosis are thinking about how to treat their adenomyosis. Moreover, the severity of each adenomyosis patient is different, so what should we do with early adenomyosis? What to do with early adenomyosis? (1) Symptomatic treatment: For patients with mild symptoms who only require relief of dysmenorrhea, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, indomethacin or naproxen can be used for symptomatic treatment during dysmenorrhea. (2) Pseudopregnancy therapy is used for patients with mild symptoms, no desire to have children, and those near menopause. Oral contraceptives or progestins can cause the ectopic endometrium to decidualize and atrophy, thereby controlling the development of adenomyosis. (3) For women with heavy menstrual flow, dysmenorrhea, and no desire to have children, an intrauterine device containing highly effective progestin can be chosen. It continuously releases progestin locally in the uterus to control the development of ectopic lesions and needs to be removed or replaced after five years. (4) Pseudomenopause therapy ("medical oophorectomy" or "medical hypophysectomy"): drugs that shrink the lesions before surgery and reduce recurrence after surgery. GnRHa injection makes the hormone level in the body reach the menopausal state, thereby causing the ectopic endometrium to gradually atrophy and play a therapeutic role. The application of GnRHa can significantly reduce the size of the uterus and can be used as a preoperative medication for some patients with larger lesions and difficult surgeries. Patients with early adenomyosis should pay attention to their disease and receive treatment for the disease as early as possible. In addition, patients with adenomyosis should be reminded to regularly check and take care of their adenomyosis. When going to the hospital for treatment, they must choose a good gynecological hospital. If a disease is still in its early stages, it means that everything is not so bad, so patients must go to a regular hospital for treatment and examination in time. By the same token, early-stage adenomyosis indicates that the disease has not yet developed to the point where it cannot be treated. This is also an opportunity for patients. Therefore, every patient should seize this opportunity. Once the opportunity is missed, the disease will develop to the late stage, which is a result that none of us want to see. |
