What are the foods that should not be eaten during early pregnancy?

We all know that whenever our pregnant mothers are pregnant, their physical fitness is very poor. At this time, they must supplement nutrition and eat more beneficial foods. However, there are also many dietary taboos that need to be taken seriously by us. Many people may not know what foods are taboo in the early stages of pregnancy, so they cannot guarantee the health of our pregnant mothers. Get familiar with them as soon as possible.

1. Remember the foods that can cause itching. Do not eat chicken, fish, beef, mutton, chili peppers, garlic, and alcohol. You can eat pork, but do not eat sow's head and trotters. Eating pumpkin, orange, and grapes will make the pain and itching worse.

2. Eat light food, eat more vegetables and fruits, eat less or no spicy food and food that may cause hair loss, such as mutton, pepper, seafood, wine, ginger, garlic, eat less soy sauce, vinegar, cola, coffee, etc. The diet for patients with polymyositis and dermatomyositis should be high in calories, high in protein, easy to digest, and rich in vitamins. Avoid raw, cold, greasy, sweet and sticky foods, eat less spicy and irritating foods, and quit smoking. The diet can be adjusted according to the changes in the tongue coating. For example, if the tongue coating is thin and white, it is advisable to choose warm foods, such as ginger tea, ginger sugar soup, and ginger peel soup. If the tongue coating is thin and yellow, it indicates heat, then the diet should be bland, and winter melon soup, mung bean soup, tomato and green leafy vegetable soup should be chosen. Patients with dermatomyositis should avoid greasy meat dishes.

3. During the fever period, the appetite is very poor. Taking anti-rheumatic drugs can also cause gastrointestinal reactions and loss of appetite. Patients with dermatomyositis should mainly eat light food, and should be given semi-liquid food, such as noodles, rice, rice porridge, etc. They should eat more fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, etc., and drink more cool drinks to promote salivation and quench thirst and replenish body fluids.

4. For patients with dermatomyositis, peptic ulcers or gastrointestinal damage caused by drugs, the food should be cooked thoroughly to make it easy to digest and reduce the gastrointestinal burden. For patients who only have local joint symptoms, without fever and spleen and stomach symptoms, they can eat whatever they want without many restrictions.

Patients must pay attention to their diet. They can eat more of some foods that are beneficial to the improvement of the disease, but they must avoid eating some irritating foods to reduce stimulation.

As for the issue of what foods are taboo in the early stages of pregnancy, we pregnant mothers must pay great attention to it, so that we can effectively avoid food poisoning or some adverse reactions to our bodies, and give birth to our babies better and more smoothly, and help our babies grow up healthy and happy!
