It also treats the root cause by identifying the cause at other times, so that Qi and blood flow smoothly, menstrual blood flows smoothly, and the pain heals itself.

1: Prescription: 15 grams of Angelica sinensis, 10 grams each of white peony root, Achyranthes bidentata, Codonopsis pilosula, cinnamon twig, and licorice, 6 grams each of Chuanxiong and Cortex Moutan, and 4 grams of Evodia rutaecarpa.

Usage: Grind the medicine into fine powder, take 3 grams 3 times a day 7 days before menstruation, and stop taking it after menstruation. One menstrual cycle is one course of treatment.

Efficacy: After 2 courses of treatment, the cure rate reached 100%

2: Prescription: 10 grams of motherwort

Usage: Add water (300 ml) and boil over high heat for 10 minutes. Take in 2 doses, 1 dose per day.

Efficacy: After taking the medicine for one week, the effective rate reaches 90%

You cannot do physical exercise during menstruation. Although we all know that physical exercise can enhance physical fitness, it is recommended to rest more and not do strenuous exercise during menstruation to avoid increased menstrual blood flow and affect the patient. You should usually eat a lighter diet, and you should not drink cold drinks at this time.
