How to treat hydrosalpinx by B-ultrasound

Hydrosalpinx is a gynecological problem that many women face in today's life. Naturally, this phenomenon will have many adverse effects on women's reproductive health and their fertility, so everyone needs to pay attention to scientific and effective treatment methods. What I want to introduce now is the treatment recommendations for hydrosalpinx examined by B-ultrasound.

Hydrosalpinx is a common type of chronic fallopian tube inflammation. After fallopian tube inflammation, the secretions of mucosal cells accumulate in the tubal lumen due to adhesion and atresia, or adhesions occur in the isthmus and fimbria due to fallopian tube inflammation, resulting in blockage and formation of hydrosalpinx. When the pus cells in the tubal lumen are absorbed, they eventually become watery liquid. Sometimes the liquid is absorbed and an empty shell is left, which appears as hydrosalpinx during angiography.

Suggestions:

1. Conservative treatment: When the amount of hydrosalpinx is small, the fallopian tube is adhesion hydrosalpinx after evaluation of the hysterosalpingography film. Conservative treatment is generally used at this time.

2. Salpingostomy: Salpingostomy is suitable for patients with unobstructed proximal fallopian tubes and hydrops and atresia at the distal end. If the hydrops at the fimbria of the fallopian tube has a greater chance of recovering function after salpingostomy, surgical treatment can be adopted. Surgical treatment can be divided into open surgery and laparoscopic surgery.

3. Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy: After sending a soft catheter into the fallopian tube through the hysteroscopic operation channel, the methylene blue solution is pressurized and pushed inward to clear the interstitial blockage. The patency of the fallopian tube is judged based on the injection pressure, speed, whether there is liquid overflow, and whether there is reflux after stopping the injection. However, since the flexibility of operating instruments is not as delicate as that of hands, although the surgical openings are just a few holes and there are no large wounds, the instruments can easily cause trauma to internal organs and adjacent organs, thereby causing unnecessary damage.

Female friends should pay more attention to this disease, because after all, the harm it causes is relatively large, especially for those women who have not given birth. We must pay attention to scientific treatment and avoid its impact on us as much as possible. We should also pay attention to reproductive health care and health care in daily life.
