For vulvar pain and itching that cannot be diagnosed for the time being, you can use 3% boric acid or 1% to 2% chlorpheniramine solution for wet compresses, 40% zinc oxide oil, calamine lotion and 2% diphenhydramine ointment, or use external medications such as suppositories. If necessary, you can take oral drugs such as chlorpheniramine, but you should not use hormones, iodine, alcohol, etc.
