Uterine fibroids are a common gynecological tumor. Many women have uterine fibroids. B-ultrasound is the most direct and accurate way to diagnose uterine fibroids, whether it is a vaginal color ultrasound or a transabdominal color ultrasound. Vaginal color ultrasound is relatively clearer than abdominal color ultrasound. If the conditions permit and there is no conflict with doing vaginal color ultrasound, you can do it. If you are doing abdominal color ultrasound, you need to hold your urine and have the scan done when your bladder is full. Because the uterus and bladder are relatively close, doing an ultrasound when the bladder is full will allow for a clearer view and a more detailed understanding of the size and location of the uterine fibroids. Is uterine artery blood transvaginal ultrasound If a woman has a light menstrual flow, but her hormone levels and uterine wall are normal, a uterine artery blood test should be done to see if it is caused by abnormal arteriovenous flow. At present, the examination of uterine artery blood is mainly done by transvaginal color ultrasound examination, and intravaginal B-ultrasound cannot be done because B-ultrasound cannot see the detailed condition of the blood. If it is caused by reduced arteriovenous flow, it is often necessary to consider taking blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs for treatment, such as Xuefu Zhuyu Pills or oral aspirin. NT is abdominal ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound NT examination can be done by abdominal B-ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound. NT is the general name for the fetal nuchal translucency, which refers to the thickness of fluid accumulation in the subcutaneous tissue at the back of the fetal neck. It is usually checked around 13 weeks of pregnancy. The standard value of NT is less than 3mm. If it exceeds 3mm, the possibility of Down syndrome should be considered. If the expectant mother is not very fat, she can have an abdominal B-ultrasound examination immediately. At present, the domestic B-ultrasound performance is very high, and the displayed images are relatively clear. However, some expectant mothers are obese and have thick abdomen. The images displayed during B-ultrasound are not ideal, which affects the accurate measurement, so transvaginal ultrasound is required. Some expectant mothers have undergone caesarean section, and their uterus is stretched too high. When doing transvaginal ultrasound, they are far away from the camera and the image display is not ideal. In this case, ultrasound examination can be used. |
