What are the methods to enlarge breasts? I believe this is the most concerned issue for many flat-chested girls. Stand facing the wall, open your arms shoulder-width apart, palms against the wall, keep your head up, chest out, and abdomen tightened. Press your upper body toward the wall, as if you were pushing it, while bending your elbows and trying to get your chest as close to the wall as possible.

4. Push-hands breast beauty exercises

Fold your arms in front of your chest, hold your elbows with your hands, and make them 90 degrees to your body. Use both hands to slowly push outwards, hold for one minute, then switch hands and repeat. Put your arms together in front of your chest, with your palms facing each other. Push your palms inward with force, and then slowly rotate your arms to the left and right until you feel sore in your arms and elbows.

5. Hot compress and breast massage:

Before going to bed every night, apply hot towels to both breasts for three to five minutes, and massage the area around the breasts with your palms, from left to right, twenty to fifty times. Just follow the above method to massage once a day, and keep massaging for two to three months, and the breasts will swell by two to three centimeters.

6. Physical exercise:

Exercise is a good way to enlarge breasts. Take part in physical exercise, especially pay attention to exercising chest muscles, develop the pectoralis major muscles, and promote breast fullness. Pay attention to your standing and walking posture, and always keep your chest up and abdomen in to facilitate breast development. Swimming is especially helpful for breast fitness.

The simplest and most affordable way to enlarge breasts is physical therapy and food therapy. You can also take some healthy breast enlargement products, but I personally recommend not to do so because of the fear of side effects. If you are a mother who has not yet given birth, I would disagree even more. Or you can go to the hospital for breast augmentation surgery, but the cost is too high.
