What if I don't have my period for a month after having an abortion?

With the rapid development of the economy in modern society, more and more young people have become more and more open-minded. Some children have blindly had sex without taking safety measures, resulting in accidental births. Some girls have not had their periods for a month after having an abortion. With this in mind, let’s talk about the dangers of abortion.

Generally speaking, girls under the age of 20 (especially those aged 16-18) have not yet fully matured. If they have an abortion at this time, it will cause great harm to their bodies. In the future, their chances of suffering from many gynecological diseases will be several times greater than that of normal women. Random abortion during pregnancy is not only highly dangerous, but may also cause serious sequelae. Kaohsiung City Xiaogang Hospital recently received three cases of infertility due to incomplete abortion, which left embryonic bones or tissues in the uterine cavity.

Doctors say that with the liberalization of sexual concepts, there are more and more cases of unexpected pregnancies, and even a so-called "September abortion wave." However, artificial abortion can cause infertility sequelae such as bleeding, inflammation, and uterine adhesions, and in severe cases, death.

Kaohsiung Municipal Xiaogang Hospital in Taiwan recently discovered three rare cases of infertility caused by bone residues after artificial abortion. The first case was a 24-year-old woman named Lin who had been infertile after marriage. The doctor performed an ultrasound examination and found abnormal images in her uterus similar to an intrauterine device, but Mrs. Lin did not have an intrauterine device installed. The doctor further performed a hysteroscopy and found a piece of residual fetal bone in the uterine cavity. After questioning, it was found that the patient had been pregnant out of wedlock 6 years ago and had an artificial abortion when she was 4 months pregnant. The doctor inferred that it was probably a sequelae of the abortion at that time.

The second case was a 26-year-old woman surnamed Li. She had an artificial abortion four years ago because of a stillbirth. After that, she experienced abnormal bleeding and dysmenorrhea, but she did not pay attention to it. Recently, she went to the hospital for an ultrasound examination because she suspected she was infertile. The doctor also found an abnormal image of an intrauterine device in her abdomen. After a hysteroscopy, the doctor removed 7 fetal bones from Li's abdomen. Abnormal bleeding and dysmenorrhea disappeared after the operation.

The third case was a woman in her 20s who also underwent examination for infertility. Calcified embryonic tissue was found in her uterus. The doctor found out that she had been pregnant for 8 or 9 weeks when she was a teenager more than 7 years ago and then had an abortion.

The presence of bones in the uterine cavity usually causes abnormal uterine bleeding, heavy menstrual flow, dysmenorrhea and infertility in women. Women who have undergone artificial abortion should pay special attention if they experience the above symptoms. He also suggested that patients who have undergone artificial abortion should undergo examination if they have abnormal bleeding or dysmenorrhea in the first menstrual period after the operation.

If a woman has had more than three abortions, you can ask those experienced gynecologists, and they will tell you that you can get pregnant, but it will be difficult for you to have a baby again in the future! The baby will automatically miscarry when you are 7-8 months pregnant! After more than three abortions, the woman's cervix has become dilated, and now conditions are good, nutrition is good, and babies are heavier, so the uterus cannot hold the baby and a miscarriage occurs naturally!

In fact, both abortion and the possible sequelae that may arise afterwards are very painful for girls, both physically and psychologically. We should oppose this phenomenon, because having sex before marriage without taking safety measures will only lead to more serious consequences, which no one wants to see.
