How to treat complete uterine septate

In today's society, more and more gynecological diseases are plaguing us, causing women to be physically and mentally exhausted, plagued by illness, and even affecting their normal life. We all know that the uterus is an important condition that determines whether women can give birth to the next generation. However, if there is a problem with a woman's uterus, such as symptoms such as complete uterine septate, how can it be effectively treated? In today's technologically advanced society, some gynecological diseases can be effectively alleviated. Let's learn how to effectively treat complete uterine septate.

Uterine septum is a difficult gynecological disease. It is caused by the obstruction of the fusion of the bilateral primitive uterus during congenital development. It is divided into incomplete uterine septum and complete uterine septum according to the degree of mediastinum.

The central endometrial line is a description of the position of the endometrium, indicating that there is no abnormality in the uterine morphology and the endometrium has no abnormal position changes. It is a normal endometrial position.

Patients with uterine septate are prone to miscarriage, premature birth, and abnormal fetal position due to the influence of the septum, so they should consider pregnancy after treatment to avoid unnecessary harm to the body caused by pregnancy and miscarriage. Our hospital is a modern specialized hospital established in full compliance with the World Health Organization's human infertility diagnosis and treatment standards. During the National Day holiday, we carried out 56 free pregnancy check-up activities. It is recommended that you come to our hospital for relevant pre-pregnancy examinations and take appropriate treatment measures according to the cause of the disease under the guidance of a doctor.

Patients with uterine septate are mostly asymptomatic clinically, and some patients may have increased menstruation; but most patients with uterine septate have a history of recurrent miscarriage, infertility, premature birth and abnormal fetal position, and some are discovered during cesarean section or curettage for artificial abortion; secondly, some patients are found to have vaginal septate during pelvic examination, and the doctor further examines and finds a uterine septate. Even if a woman becomes pregnant with a septate uterus, the incidence of intrauterine growth retardation and intrauterine death is higher because the septum has fewer blood vessels and more fibrous tissue than the normal uterine myometrium, which hinders normal implantation. In addition, the endometrium covering the septum responds poorly to hormonal stimulation, and the septum can hinder normal placental growth and cause early fetal death. If the pregnancy continues, it will develop into intrauterine growth retardation.

The relative risk of miscarriage and premature birth caused by uterine septate ranges from 5% to 95%. If the septate uterus does not affect fertility, surgical treatment is not required, but those who have had habitual miscarriages in the past may consider surgical treatment. Before the advent of hysteroscopic surgery, the surgical method for treating symptomatic uterine septum was to remove the septum tissue vaginally or abdominally. The former was difficult to operate and blind, resulting in incomplete removal of the septum and poor results; abdominal surgery was to make a transverse incision at the fundus of the uterus to shear the septum, or to make a median incision in the uterine body to trim the uterine septum and reconstruct the uterine muscle wall. No matter which of the above surgical procedures is used, it will leave scars on the uterus and abdominal wall, cause great trauma, and take a long time to recover. It may even cause uterine adhesions, which will have a certain impact on future pregnancies. In addition, contraception will be required for several years before pregnancy, and cesarean section will often be required.

Hysteroscopic resection of uterine septum is a minimally invasive surgical treatment. Hysteroscopic septum resection is to remove the residual embryonic tissue in the blood vessels. There is no obvious bleeding during the operation, little trauma, fast recovery, and the integrity of the uterine wall is preserved. There is no effect on pregnancy and delivery after the operation. It has now replaced other methods for removing the uterine septum.

Therefore, in our lives, there are many diseases that are slowly approaching us, especially some women's diseases are becoming more and more serious. For the problem of how to treat complete uterine septum, we must seek medical treatment from the most fundamental place instead of eradicating the root cause, choose the best treatment plan, and solve the problem of how to treat complete uterine septum essentially, and give ourselves a healthy body.
