Predisposing factors of breast tumors

Predisposing factors of breast tumors

Breast tumor is a kind of tumor that women are afraid of. It is understood that the incidence of this disease is second only to another killer of women - uterine tumors. Most tumors are benign, but if treatment is delayed, they will turn into cancer, which will be much more serious. But what are the specific factors that induce breast tumors? Let us now look at the common factors that induce breast tumors.

Family inheritance: A family history of hereditary breast tumor can be manifested in two forms: one is that if the mother has breast tumor, the daughter is also prone to breast tumor, the onset age is young, often occurs before menopause, and is mostly bilateral; the other is that the mother has never had breast tumor, but in a family, at least two sisters have breast tumor. The incidence of breast tumor in this family is 2-3 times higher than that in a family with no family history.

Menstrual factors: Those who have their first menstruation before the age of 12 have a 2.2 times greater risk of developing breast tumors than those who have their first menstruation at the age of 17; those who have menopause after the age of 50 have about a 1-fold increased risk of developing breast tumors than those who have menopause after the age of 45.

Too many abortions: Normal spontaneous abortions do not increase the risk of breast tumors, but repeated artificial abortions, or multiple artificial abortions before the age of 18, are prone to breast diseases and increase the risk of breast tumors.

Artificial feeding: Breastfeeding is one of the best natural means of preventing breast tumors. Breastfeeding can reduce the risk of breast tumors by 20% to 30%.

Poor quality of sex life: Breast disease is closely related to sex life. Female sexual repression can increase the incidence of lobular breast hyperplasia and breast tumors. Domestic surveys show that 86% of women with lobular hyperplasia of the breast have never reached orgasm during sexual intercourse; the older the age of first marriage, the higher the incidence of breast tumors.

Depression: Single women, left-behind women, public relations ladies, retired female workers and some middle school teachers are more likely to suffer from breast diseases and the incidence of breast tumors is also high.

Excessive obesity: Obesity is closely related to breast cancer. Most obese people have hypercholesterolemia and hyperinsulinemia. When the cholesterol in the body increases, the cholesterol content in the cell membranes of lymphocytes, macrophages and other cells increases, which inhibits the immune function.

Bad living habits: considering smoking and drinking as "fashionable", going to nightclubs and dance halls, indulging in the bright lights and wine all night long, liking to eat fried foods and all kinds of cakes and sweets, but never eating whole grains or vegetables.

The above are the eight major factors that induce breast tumors introduced to you today. I believe you will gain something from them. It is recommended that everyone should exercise more often, eat a balanced diet, develop good living habits, and avoid the occurrence of diseases. If you experience any discomfort, you should go to the hospital for appropriate treatment and examination in time.
