Gynecological diseases are common diseases among women, among which abnormal leucorrhea is a symptom with a relatively high frequency. In addition to gynecological diseases, a considerable part of it is also caused by personal hygiene problems. Insufficient daily cleaning and care, or bad sexual habits may cause abnormalities, resulting in changes in the color of vaginal secretions and an unpleasant smell. In severe cases, the secretions are yellow. Below we will discuss relevant common sense. Leucorrhea is vaginal discharge, which is a mixture of vaginal mucosal exudate, cervical glands and endometrial gland secretions, and contains vaginal epithelial exfoliated cells, white blood cells and some non-pathogenic bacteria. Under normal circumstances, the quality and quantity of vaginal discharge changes with the menstrual cycle. After the menstruation is over, the vaginal discharge is small in volume, white in color, and paste-like. In the middle of the menstrual cycle when the ovaries are about to ovulate, due to the vigorous secretion of the cervical glands, the leucorrhea increases and becomes transparent and slightly sticky like egg white. 2 to 3 days after ovulation, vaginal discharge becomes turbid, thick and less in quantity. Normally the discharge is white. However, if the secretions are yellow, that is, the leucorrhea is yellow, this has nothing to do with yellow urine. Yellow leucorrhea is a manifestation of abnormal leucorrhea. Abnormal leucorrhea is manifested by changes in color, quality and quantity, and symptoms such as purulent leucorrhea, bloody leucorrhea, watery leucorrhea and dregs-like leucorrhea may appear. These symptoms are all warning signs of gynecological diseases. Yellow leucorrhea is usually caused by gynecological inflammation. In addition, before and after menstruation, due to pelvic congestion, vaginal mucosal exudate increases, and leucorrhea often increases. If the color, quality, and quantity of leucorrhea change abnormally, it is called abnormal leucorrhea. The secretion may also turn yellow or brown. Clinically, most women with abnormal leucorrhea are caused by not paying attention to personal hygiene. From the above we know that if a woman's vaginal secretions are yellow, we should first check whether there are other gynecological diseases. If not, it is an abnormal leucorrhea caused by a short-term inflammation. In this case, hygiene care is very important at this time, such as using weak alkaline care products for cleaning and sterilization, and suspending sexual life. Generally, it will return to normal within a few days. |
