Here you can find the world's highest cableway, the world's highest coffee shop, and the world's lowest and youngest glacier. So how much does the ticket to the Dagu Glacier usually cost?

How much is the ticket to Dagu Glacier in 2020?

Tickets: We booked them from the owner of the accommodation the night before. Tickets + cable car + sightseeing bus = 290 yuan/person. If you buy it at the scenic spot, it is 310 yuan per person, and the sightseeing bus is 70 yuan per person.

Opening hours:

May-October: 8:30-17:30 (last entry at 15:30)

November-April: 9:00-17:00 (no entry after 15:00)

In January and February, the mountain is prone to heavy snow and closures, depending on the local weather.

What to wear when visiting Dagu Glacier in December

Sunglasses: If the weather is good and the sun shines directly on the snow and you can't open your eyes for a long time, you may get snow blindness;

Down jacket: It is recommended to wear a coat inside or bring something below -10 degrees Celsius, otherwise you will freeze to death

Power bank: I didn’t find a power bank to borrow during the whole journey. If I used my phone to take photos and the time for the return trip, the power would not be enough. I could borrow one at the mountaintop cafe, but the temperature was too low and my phone turned off.
