Symptoms of Mycoplasma hypnoticsus positive

Ureaplasma urealyticum is the smallest prokaryotic organism between bacteria and viruses. It mainly lives in the urogenital system of the human body. Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) is a type of ureaplasma. When the body's immunity is low, it is one of the main pathogens of reproductive tract infection. It can not only cause infection of sexual organs such as the vagina and cervix, but is also closely related to miscarriage, infertility and fetal intrauterine language delay. So what are the symptoms of a positive Ureaplasma urealyticum test?

What are the symptoms of Ureaplasma urealyticum positive?

Ureaplasma urealyticum is a common pathogen that causes urethritis and chronic prostatitis of non-gonococcal urethritis.

If urethritis occurs, there may be itching of the urethral opening, frequent urination, urgency and inability to hold urine, incomplete urination, and thin secretions at the urethral opening.

Chronic prostatitis caused by positive ureaplasma urealyticum can be manifested as urethral irritation symptoms, and may also cause pain symptoms, that is, abdominal distension and pain, testicular, scrotum, and perineum pain.

In this case, antibiotics should be used first for treatment. During the treatment period, both parties should be treated at the same time. Otherwise, it is easy for one party to recover and then cause cross-infection due to sexual intercourse.

What are the ways of Ureaplasma infection?

Ureaplasma urealyticum can be transplanted to the surface of squamous epithelial cells of the urethral orifice and reproductive system mucosa. Immediate sexual intercourse is the key transmission route of UU infection. In addition to direct sexual contact transmission, infection can also occur through indirect contact through environmentally contaminated clothing. Ureaplasma urealyticum can be transmitted vertically through the embryo or spread externally from the lower reproductive system of the pregnant woman, causing intrauterine infection. Both can cause a series of adverse effects such as miscarriage, premature birth, delayed fetal language development, low birth weight, placental abruption, and even intrauterine fetal death.
