Little girl's first menstrual irregularity

Little girl's first menstrual irregularity

Normal menstruation for women is once a month, and each menstruation does not exceed 7 days and is not less than 3 days. About one and a half packs of sanitary napkins are used each month. If women's menstruation is normal, the color is usually bright red, and the menstrual discharge rate is very smooth, but the menstrual period is not always normal. What are the symptoms of irregular menstruation when it first comes?

The main symptoms of menstrual disorders

Girls experience their first menstruation when they are around thirteen or fourteen years old. The first time you have your period is called "the first menstruation" in medicine. "First menstruation" is a key sign of the onset of female puberty. For some beautiful girls, their menstrual cycle may not be regular for a period of time after their first menstruation. The main reason is that the physiological cycle adjustment function is not stable enough, and it is easily affected by internal and external factors, such as physical fitness, mentality and environmental changes. It is necessary to pay attention to psychological guidance and child care.

1. Early menstruation: Early menstruation means that the normal menstrual cycle suddenly becomes shorter than 21 days and lasts for more than 2 cycles, but the menstrual flow is normal. It belongs to the ovulatory type of functional uterine bleeding. The body temperature is biphasic during the ovulation period. The follicular phase is short, only 7 to 8 days, or the follicular phase is shorter than 10 days, or the body temperature rises by less than 0.5℃.

2. Delayed menstruation. Normal menstruation is regular, but menstruation is delayed for more than 7 days, or even 40-50 days before menstruation comes, and it lasts for more than 2 menstrual cycles, but the menstrual flow is normal.

3. Bleeding in the middle and late stages of menstruation: (also known as mid-menstrual bleeding and ovulation bleeding). Refers to bleeding that occurs between two regular normal menstrual cycles. It is caused by a temporary drop in estrogen levels, which causes the uterine wall to lose the support of hormones and causes the uterine wall to fall off.

4. Menstrual cramps during the menstrual period is one of the main manifestations of irregular menstruation. Especially if you experience menstrual cramps every time you have your period, you must go to the hospital for a check-up.
