2. Keep warm in all seasons. Menstrual period, childbirth, etc. may damage kidney essence. Therefore, women should pay attention to keeping their waist warm at all times, especially during the confinement period, and wear long clothes to avoid waist pain caused by catching a cold during confinement.

3. Regulate and replenish kidney yin. If you have excessive menstrual flow, frequent waist pain, and low libido, you should immediately replenish your kidney function and increase your resistance. You can eat more kidney-nourishing foods, such as wolfberry, yam, dried longan, walnut kernels, etc.

4. Take effective contraceptive measures. Women who have given birth or had multiple abortions are prone to renal low back pain, so they must do a good job of contraception.

5. The mattress should be of moderate thickness. The waist has a physiological curvature, and the mattress can be appropriately thickened, with a light to medium hardness, so that the lumbar muscles can have sufficient rest.
