1. Menu for the first day after giving birth:

(4) Middle meal: shrimp and egg noodles, banana and apple.

(5) Dinner: Blood pressure main meal: 1 small plate of white rice. Blood side dishes: braised chicken with Scutellaria baicalensis, 2 small plates of old hen soup and spinach soup.

(6) Nighttime meal: soda crackers, milk, and sweet pears.

The diet for the first three days after delivery must ensure that you eat small and frequent meals. You can eat 6 meals a day, and arrange fruits and snacks between the three meals.
