Normal secretion examination report

Understanding the routine physical examination report of the genital warts is very helpful for understanding your own symptoms, but many female friends do not know how to read this order. The general genital warts basic test list will have the following 5 key test items:

1. Leucorrhea cleanliness: It can generally be divided into grades Ⅰ-Ⅳ, and the actual meaning is as follows: Grade Ⅰ: A large number of vaginal squamous epithelial cells and a large number of vaginal lactobacilli can be seen under the microscope.

Grade II: Under the microscope, there are squamous epithelial cells in the vagina, a small white blood cell count, some vaginal bacilli, and a small amount of fungi or pus balls.

Grade III: A small amount of vaginal bacilli, many pus balls and fungi are seen under the microscope.

Grade IV: No vaginal bacilli are seen under the microscope. In addition to a small amount of squamous epithelial cells, the main bacteria are pus balls and fungi.

Gynecologists remind: Ⅰ~Ⅱ degrees are normal, Ⅲ~Ⅳ degrees are abnormal secretions, indicating that the patient has Trichomonas vaginitis.

2. Trichomonas and fungi: Under a microscope, the presence of trichomonas or fungi can be detected based on their shapes. If trichomonas or fungi are present, they will be indicated by “ ” regardless of their number.

Reminder: This mark only indicates that the woman is infected with Trichomonas or fungi, and does not indicate the severity of the infection.

3. Amine test: Generally speaking, the excrement of patients with bacterial vaginal diseases may have a fishy smell. This test is the result of the amines in the excrement being evaporated after deashing with ferric chloride solution.

4. Gardnerella: Gardnerella refers to the granular or stippled edges of the squamous epithelial cells in the vagina that are blurred in the hanging drop acid-fast staining. Clinicians can make a diagnosis of bacterial infection of the vagina based on a positive amine test and the presence of Gardnerella.

5. pH value: pH value is often used to indicate pH acidity and alkalinity during testing. The normal pH is 4.5. When suffering from candidal or bacterial vaginitis, the pH value of the sample will increase and may exceed 5-6.
