It is allowed to eat a little sometimes, as long as the food does not contain too much chili peppers and it is okay if you don't eat it often. If the baby's development is extremely unstable, you should be very careful to protect the fetus. In this case, it is not recommended to eat spicy food even if you like it. Chili pepper has a stimulating effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Eating it may cause uterine contractions or even abnormal uterine bleeding, leading to miscarriage.

When pregnant women are taking care of their fetus, it is best to pay attention to their daily diet and eat more foods containing protein and vitamins to supplement the nutrients needed during pregnancy. You can reduce the amount of exercise appropriately, rest in bed more, avoid staying up late during the pregnancy period, and ensure adequate sleep every day, so as to promote the increase of progesterone levels. The intensity of exercise can only be increased moderately until the baby's development is stable.
