Pregnant women feel cold and the fetus is stopped

During pregnancy, pregnant women should pay close attention to various abnormal changes in their bodies so that they can effectively judge whether the baby is in a state of healthy development. Most of the pregnant women probably do not want to face the problem of embryo arrest, because once this problem occurs, it will bring a huge blow to the pregnant woman's body and mind. But if a pregnant woman feels cold, is it a sign of fetal arrest?

Is it a sign of fetal arrest if a pregnant woman feels cold?

There are many things to pay attention to during pregnancy. In the early stages of pregnancy, the most worrying issue for pregnant mothers is whether miscarriage or fetal arrest will occur, and it is easy to associate all kinds of disturbances with fetal arrest. For example, some pregnant women may occasionally feel suddenly cold. This is a normal reaction to early pregnancy and does not mean that the fetus will stop growing. If the early pregnancy reaction disappears gradually at a relatively early stage, then you need to pay close attention.

What are the signs of fetal arrest in mid-pregnancy?

Fetal arrest is something every woman will experience, but it still occurs due to various reasons. Fetal movement is one of the most objective signs of fetal life and is a signal sent by the fetus to the mother. Therefore, pregnant women should keep track of fetal movements to understand the safety of the fetus and detect problems in time. Normally, between 16 and 20 weeks of pregnancy, the fetus begins to have noticeable fetal movements that can be felt by the mother. As the gestational age increases, fetal movements also increase. Pregnant women can measure the fetal movement once in the morning, noon and evening, and calculate the fetal movement by measuring it once every hour. If the fetal movement is less than 3 times within 1 hour, or less than 10 times within 12 hours, it means that the fetus is at risk of intrauterine hypoxia and you should go to the hospital for examination and timely treatment.

Every pregnant woman hopes that she can give birth to her baby smoothly, but not everyone can do so. Fetal arrest is a big blow to pregnant women. It will also cause psychological trauma to pregnant women, and some even become afraid of pregnancy. Therefore, it is very important to have regular checkups during pregnancy. Don’t be afraid of spending money and not go for regular checkups, or the fetus may be in your belly without you knowing it.
