1. Drink water on an empty stomach in the morning

So drinking water in the morning before breakfast will make your stomach and intestines work faster than usual. The stomach and intestines are in a resting state at night. Drinking water in the morning can allow water to reach the large intestine immediately, increasing the water content of the stool. Soft stool is also easier to excrete. It is recommended to drink two cups of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning, and one cup is about 240cc.

2. Drink yogurt

Cold drinks are more irritating to people with sensitive stomachs, so some people will have diarrhea after drinking them. The probiotics in yogurt are the main reason for helping digestion. The probiotics will ferment the cellulose in the intestines, and the generated organic acids will promote intestinal peristalsis. However, the disadvantage of drinking yogurt on the market is that the sugar content is too high and drinking too much can easily make you fat. One cup a day can allow the body to absorb enough probiotics. 3. Soak roses and dried candied dates in boiling water and drink as water

But it should be noted that roses have the effect of activating blood circulation and removing dirt, so pregnant women should not drink it.
