Is it okay to have a painless vaginal birth?

As we all know, during the process of natural childbirth, women need to endure a lot of pain, and it is said that the degree of pain can reach level ten. Therefore, many women, if they can no longer endure the labor, will choose to have an painless injection or a caesarean section. Many women say that painless injections are bad for the body. Is this true? In fact, painless surgery does not have much impact on mothers.

Painless childbirth is a technology, not a matter of injection. A more precise term is labor analgesia, which can greatly reduce the pain of the mother, but it is difficult to achieve complete painlessness because natural childbirth requires strong uterine contractions, which will still be somewhat painful.

Natural childbirth can also be called natural delivery. Before the introduction of surgical operations, women in my country gave birth through natural childbirth, directly at home. At that time, there was no other way to give birth. Even if the baby was not suitable for natural delivery, it had to be delivered forcefully. Many women lost their lives due to heavy bleeding during childbirth.

Now, what we call natural childbirth is of course completed in the hospital. This method of delivery causes less harm to the female body, recovers quickly, and does not leave obvious scars on the body. It is favored by many beauty-loving women. From the perspective of the baby, we should also advocate natural childbirth.

If the contractions become longer, more intense, and more concentrated, labor has most likely begun. At the beginning, the intervals between contractions are as long as about 10 minutes. No matter what you do, they will not stop or lessen. As labor progresses, the contractions will become more painful and more frequent. However, some expectant mothers feel very little or even no signs of labor before they begin to feel strong, regular contractions.

In short, it is okay to get an epidural injection for normal delivery, there are no side effects, and pregnant mothers and family and friends don’t need to worry too much. Although pregnant mothers should have a balanced and healthy diet and supplement nutrition during pregnancy, their weight should also be controlled. If they are too heavy, it will greatly affect normal delivery, so pregnant mothers should control their weight.
