What kind of exercise can help ovulation

When the number of ovulations of female friends decreases, they will not be able to conceive successfully, which will lead to infertility. In this case, female friends should be given some drugs that have ovulation-promoting effects to achieve the purpose of treatment. However, they must take the drugs under the doctor's instructions. In addition, they should also pay attention to exercise, which is also very important. They can do some aerobic exercise appropriately.

Ovulation drugs refer to drugs that can help women increase the number of ovulations, including some drugs in other animals. Ovulation pills can help women who are unable to ovulate due to irregular menstruation to become pregnant. However, regular hospitals have strict restrictions on the use of such drugs, and doctors without endocrine expertise must not use them indiscriminately. Because adult women generally ovulate one egg per month, artificially using ovulation-inducing drugs to induce the ovaries to ovulate more often will eventually result in ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, such as dizziness, nausea, and damage to liver and kidney function.

Infertility is the condition in which a woman is unable to conceive after the couple has not used contraceptive measures for two years. Research data from the World Health Organization shows that approximately 12% to 16% of couples worldwide are infertile, and 31% to 40% of infertility is caused by ovulation disorders. Promoting ovarian function and inducing ovulation are important methods for treating infertility caused by ovulatory disorders.

The drugs used for treatment include Western medicine and Chinese medicine. Among them, Western medicine mainly achieves the purpose of promoting ovulation by regulating the "hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary" axis. Traditional Chinese medicine mainly promotes ovulation by nourishing the kidneys and treats ovulatory infertility.

In the past, it was believed that there was a tension center in the arcuate nucleus and a periodic center in the preoptic nucleus in the female hypothalamus, which controlled the release of GnRH respectively. Now it is found that there are no two centers in primates. This is the result obtained through experiments on the broken hypothalamus or blocking the connection between the hypothalamus and the pituitary gland:

(1) Only destruction of the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus can lead to gonadal atrophy and amenorrhea. The arcuate nucleus and the median eminence can be regarded as a unit that secretes GnRH;

(2) Only by using an electric pump to administer GnRH in a pulsed intravenous drip, rather than a continuous administration, can the gonadotropin secretion of the monkey with the arcuate nucleus destroyed be restored;

(3) Adding different doses of E2 at the same time as the above administration can cause a positive-negative feedback reaction, indicating that E2 can directly act on the pituitary gland.
