When patients experience lumbar sacral pain, they usually feel severe pain in their waist and are unable to walk for long periods of time, or do heavy physical labor, and they also feel pain when bending over.

And if the patient suffers from gynecological inflammation such as pelvic inflammatory disease. Generally speaking, in clinical practice, patients are prone to abnormal leucorrhea, or yellow leucorrhea with an odor, heavy menstrual flow, and prolonged menstruation. In severe cases, patients may experience a certain degree of lower abdominal pain, or soreness in the lumbar spine. In other words, if a patient suffers from gynecological inflammation, it is possible that she will also suffer from lumbar pain to a certain extent. However, if the patient only suffers from lumbar pain, then the patient will not develop gynecological inflammation and other diseases.

However, since everyone's physical condition is different, the simple distinction method mentioned above is not applicable to everyone.
