Changes in women's basal body temperature

Changes in women's basal body temperature are affected by embryonic development. In the early stages of pregnancy, women's basal body temperature will rise. By the middle of pregnancy, the body temperature will return to its original level, and then rise again in the late pregnancy. We can check whether pregnancy occurs by changes in body temperature. The body temperature will rise in the early stages of pregnancy. If the body temperature is high for 20 consecutive days without any symptoms of fever, it may be because conception is successful.

What is the pattern of basal body temperature changes throughout pregnancy?

1. If you are pregnant, your basal body temperature will not drop. If it remains high, it is because the amount of hormones secreted by the ovaries increases after pregnancy. However, women with poor ovarian function will affect their basal body temperature curve, so the accuracy is not 100%.

2. After the basal body temperature rises, the body temperature may continue to rise after menstruation. If it lasts for half a month, the possibility of conception is greater. Other factors that may cause pregnancy, such as systemic infectious diseases, need to be ruled out.

What is the normal basal body temperature in early pregnancy?

1. Basal body temperature can reflect the body's energy metabolism. The body temperature of women of childbearing age is related to the cyclical changes of ovarian hormones.

2. After ovulation, the body temperature will rise by about 0.3-0.5 degrees. If it lasts for 3 months, you can basically be sure that you are pregnant, but you need to rule out other factors that may cause the body temperature to rise.

3. During pregnancy, the body temperature is high and lasts for about 16 weeks. Having a fever in early pregnancy can be uncomfortable. When the temperature is around 37℃, there will be no physiological abnormalities, but if it remains above 37.5℃, other diseases may be present and it is best to get checked.

Pregnant women should pay attention to developing good habits, take regular temperature checks, and understand their own body changes. Pregnancy is a happy thing for women. We must pay attention to the care and health care during pregnancy to provide the fetus with a good living environment, which is also of great benefit to the healthy growth of the fetus.
