Why do I have cramps in my right abdomen during my 7th month of pregnancy?

Pregnant women experience abdominal pain on the right side. Common complications include threatened abortion and ectopic pregnancy. Pregnant women experience abdominal pain on the right side during the second trimester. Hiatal hernia is common, resulting in abdominal pain. At this time, the abdominal pain is often accompanied by symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, chest pain, acid reflux, and hiccups. Pregnant women experience abdominal pain in the late pregnancy, which is common in placental abruption, premature birth, uterine rupture, etc. No matter what the cause of the stomach pain is, it is recommended to seek medical attention in time to avoid delaying the condition.

What to eat when you are seven months pregnant

1. Protein. The daily intake is 75-95 grams, mainly from meat, fish, shrimp, beans and bean products, milk and dairy products, and eggs.

2. Fat. Moderate amount, derived from oil, milk, meat, cereals and nuts. An average of 400-450 grams of staple food (cereals) per day can meet the needs. You need about 25 grams of vegetable oil and 60 grams of total fat every day, which can be adjusted according to your weight gain.

3. Dietary fiber. The daily intake is 20-30 grams, mainly from cereals, beans, vegetables, potatoes and fruits. Pregnant mothers can eat whole wheat bread, bran biscuits, sweet potatoes and other snacks as snacks to supplement dietary fiber.

4. Vitamin C. The daily intake is 130 mg, mainly from vegetables and fruits. Tip: Supplementing with vitamin C while treating anemia during pregnancy can promote iron absorption.

5. Iron. The daily intake required is 25 mg, mainly from animal liver and blood, lean meat, brown sugar, nuts, eggs, beans, peaches, and pears. Phytic acid, oxalic acid, dietary fiber in plants, tea and coffee, and protein in milk will inhibit the absorption of iron, so try to consume them separately.

What to do if fetal movements are frequent in late pregnancy

In the late pregnancy, you should also pay attention to the frequency of fetal movements. If the pregnant mother feels that the fetal movements, which had been very rare, suddenly become frequent, you should pay attention, because this may be due to the fetus being deprived of oxygen.

If fetal movements are frequent in late pregnancy, you must take timely measures to deal with it. Frequent fetal movements can also be seen in certain pathological conditions. For example, in the early stages of hypoxia, the number of fetal movements will increase. Due to hypoxia, the fetus becomes restless. When fetal intrauterine hypoxia continues to worsen, the fetal movements gradually weaken and the number of movements decreases. This is a sign of danger to the fetus. If no emergency measures are taken at this time, the fetus will stop moving and even its heart rate will disappear, and the heart will stop beating, resulting in death. Common hypoxia can be seen in placental abruption, placenta previa, umbilical cord around the neck, etc. In addition, if the expectant mother suffers external impact during pregnancy, the fetal movement may suddenly accelerate, causing violent fetal movement and even leading to miscarriage, premature birth, etc.
